Thanks c-man
Terrible day, and Markstorm not holding the shutout hurt me in 3 ways pretty much, slightly fluky goal too.
Bruins outshot devils and went 0 for 4 on pp (1 of which was partially 5 on 3 I believe), empty netter would have swung both sides in that game I had, lucky to have that opportunity tho I guess, as it was tied with less than 2 to go
Philly goes 1 for 7 (5 of which were in the 3rd period alone) how how how do they have essentially 7 more minutes of man advantage (1 of which was 2 man advantage) and not only score a goal, but only have EIGHT total shots in that period. I will say sami vatenen is a beast, 9 block shots (which I guess partially explains it)
Lightning get skunked, can say I didn't see that coming, nor did I see colorado having 25% of their shots ending in goals, to make it look even crazier, only 2 shots in the 3rd, both for goals. Add to 0-3 on PP for tampa as well.
Kings dominated from the get-go, extremely lucky to even have a shot in OT for the TT, outshot by 2 to 1 and to many penalties to add.
Another game, another massive penalty count. 14 total power plays?! Carolina goes 2 for 8, Calgary goes 0 for 6. Taking away 5 on 3's, that's half a game skating 5 on 4. And somehow the over didn't cash until last than a minute left in the game.
I need to check what the average is because there were 10 powerplays in the vancouver/buffalo game (also the game I watched the most of today) Glad to have won my first side today with vancouver, buffalo scored on a bit of a body bouncing around puck, that they originally called a no goal, but overturned, don't mind the decision, but wish it didn't bounce(heh) that way of course. Vancouver with chances to still take a 3-1 lead afterwards that they couldn't capitalize on(1.5 powerplays as well as empty net).
It'll turn soon, but so far bad start to the year. oh well.
