Too many points to be laying with a rookie qb. I get he has been a stud, but to be honest if you actually watched the game last week, most of his stats came from hail marys against a prevent defense in the 2h. Houston will win this game, but I feel like it will be somewhat closer to the Cincy game when neither team scored enough to justify a large spread
