Tough spot for Cle. On the west coast last week, in a game they should have won. SD had 3 o-line men out, and the Cle offense played about as good as they can.

Phi/No 1st half UNDER 24.5 (1.25)
Two of the worst offenses in football square off. The Eagles have really had a hard time getting going in the first half. I don't expect that to change yet.
