NFL Season Win Totals

Now that 5dimes is defunct in the U.S. & Betanysports has totally revamped their offerings, is there any sportsbook that allows you to parlay season win totals? I have success betting them, but don't have the money to tie up $1,000+ on one bet for 4 months, nor do I want to wait that long only to have the bet push. I don't believe any site offers alternate win totals like 5dimes used to either.
