I was up way late last night. Been dealing with Insomnia.
Accidentally over slept this morning and have no real money
wagers on any of the NFL games so far for week #6. I probaly
should have been capping instead of watching movies. I am
participating in one of those Vegas style Pick 5 Contests with
stale lines. And I had played the following in that contest. I've
been getting my ass kicked in that contest. Picking 5 games a
week is not something I would do with real money straight wagers.
Normally Im looking at one to three games maximum for NFL eack
week. But here is what I had entered for that contest for what its worth:
CINCINNATI -2.5
SAN FRANCISCO -6.5
CAROLINA +13.5
BUFFALO -13.5
DALLAS -2.5
If I should get down on anything for Week #6 I will post it in here once Ive
locked in. Im going to look at the remaining games for Week #6 and see
what the current lines and prices are.

2*BALTIMORE RAVENS -2½-125 (B+½)
Lotta love for Detroit today. But I lined this Baltimore -6
Just played this a few minutes ago. Was the only early game
I got down on. Will take a look now at the later games on
the card and if I get down on anything else I will post once
locked in.

NFL Week #7
Sunday Night Football:
2*PHILADELPHIA EAGLES -2½-115 (B+½)
One of my reduced juice outs had the Eagles -3 +105
and I decided to just buy down to -2.5 like I did with
the early game. Identical situation to the first game in that
I lined Philly -6. I will look at the Monday Night Football
later on tonght and see if anything stands out. I have a MLB
Bases play that I locked in and forgot to post. Will post that
here in a few minutes. Will look at the late NHL Hockey game
and see if anything stands out.

Im in a weekly best bet contest that uses stale lines. This had then shot
up to -5.5 at one point. And I did not want to put real money on it at -5.5
Seen one of my reduced juice outs has it at -4 -105 so I now could buy the half
point and place an actual wager on my contest pick. I lined this at San Fran -7
I did not buy down to -3 because I think it would have cost -135 and at that
price point I might as well just put it in a Teaser of some sort in my opinion.
So Im just rolling with San Francisco -3.5 as my only NFL play for this week.

I was messing around Thursday morning/afternoon.
I noticed a lot of my offshore outs do not let you buy
points like they used to years ago. And Teaser prices are
not what they used to be as well.
So I was in the NFL section at one of my outs and I seen
that they let you only buy up to 3 points. So I was messing
around and picked 5 selections that caught my eye and added
and subtracted 3 points to some sides and totals. And then I was
curious as to what they pay out might be. I wanted to see what
the pay out would be compared to if all five were in a 5-team 6-point
teaser.
During this I accidentally place the bet on a 5-team parlay with the 3pt
adjustments. I have heard of my forum friends and peers over the years
talking about doing stuff like this while drunk betting/posting. But I was
stone cold sober. Just a fluke thing. So since it was my error and fault, I
decided not to try and get the out to cancel it. It was my mistake and I would
own it. No big deal. So I just blew it off and was oh well shit happens.
I just noticed that it has one game left to cash. BUFFALO BILLS +5.5.......LOL
Im not going to hedge it or anything and just let it ride.
