Interesting how early lines may show some advantages or disadvantages. This year I wonder who likes what teams and why.

First glance we have Cleveland at +6.
1. I would only take them with +7.5 so buying a point and a hook is worth it if it doesnt get there before kickoff.

Colts +7.
1. Would play them +7 and let it play out. Colts could be much better this season with Luck fresh and starters healthy.

Houston -2.5
1. Like them at home against weakest NFC conference a year ago.

Arizona -3.
1. Would take Arizona only at -1. I like one of the best defenses a year ago, Seem to be unbeatable at home against less than stellar defensive teams.

Green Bay +5.5
1. I would play on packers at this number. Superbowl champs don't have the same surprises as a year ago. Looking at Packer team that could be improved from LY.

Eyeing the over in San Francisco/Dallas. SF should get 30 with the receiver arsenal they have. SF's defense could be at its weakest at the beginning of the season with Bowman out and questions surrounding Smith. Can Dallas get 20 at home?

On paper, the Raiders assembled a great group of veterans, but will they be gelled by week 1 for this cross country trip that starts at 10am PST? New York's defense shouldn't be a question, and Geno showed glimpses of talent last year. Hoping he can start the year with some confidence. The number being set at 5 makes me think the books are looking for Oakland action....Anyone agree?

Like. Very good perception on the total. Would also look at teaser with under on Pitt total. Both defenses in pittsburgh would have to be terrible for that game to go over 46.

Like the +5 Raiders here because jets are slow to score. If Raiders get out front they will open it up.
Week one cross country trips have little effect. Traveling coast to coast in mid season is tougher becuase they have been in a battle week before. No advantage in week one cross country games IMO.
