</TD><TD>Redskins eyeing Mulitalo?
<Mar. 9> The Redskins, who are still looking for a more proven replacement for departed left guard Derrick Dockery, are trying to set up a visit from Mulitalo, The Washington Post reports. Mulitalo, an eight year starter with the Ravens, is believed to have a strong desire to remain in the area. His children go to school in the Baltimore area and he is active in local charities. The Redskins also have been in contact with the representatives for offensive linemen Adam Timmerman, Zach Piller, Zach Wiegert and Sean Mahan, according to The Post.

</TD><TD>Stallworth exploring options
<Mar. 9> Following visits to New England (Tuesday) and Tennessee (Wedesday), Stallworth continued his free-agent tour on Thursday with a stop in Miami, according to multiple reports. Stallworth's decision could be delayed by a trip to San Francisco, which has entered the mix late, reports the Boston Herald. The Patriots are believed to be the wide receiver's second choice, behind the Eagles, but Philly doesn't appear to be very interested in re-signing the 26-year-old. A report surfaced Thursday indicating that Stallworth has received a one-year contract offer from the Eagles, but the Philadelphia Inquirer claims that's not the case. According to the newspaper, Rosenhaus has not spoken to the Eagles since Tuesday.

</TD><TD>Dillon's future uncertain
<Mar. 9> Dillon, released by the Patriots on March 1, was scheduled to visit Buffalo on Thursday, but he canceled his trip, according to multiple reports. It's unclear whether Dillon will reschedule. "It may be [rescheduled]," Dillon's agent, Steve Feldman, told the Boston Herald. "But I'm not certain Buffalo's the opportunity we're looking for." Before acquiring RB Willis McGahee on Thursday, the Ravens were considering Dillon, who rushed for 812 yards and had 13 touchdowns last season.

</TD><TD>Patriots pursuing Hartwell
<Mar. 9> According to the Boston Herald, the Patriots have a strong interest in Hartwell, a free-agent linebacker who was cut by the Falcons on March 2. Hartwell, 28, played the last two seasons in Atlanta, but he made a name for himself playing next to Ray Lewis in Baltimore. Hartwell would be the second piece to New England's linebacker overhaul. The Pats signed Pro Bowler Adalius Thomas on March 3.

<Mar. 9> The Eagles are expected to meet with Curtis today, according to multiple reports. However, the free-agent wide receiver will not be accompanied by an agent. Curtis fired his agent, Tom Condon, on Monday. NFL Players Association rules stipulate that Curtis must wait five days before hiring a new agent. Curtis has already met with the Lions, Vikings and Titans. The Giants are also interested.

<Mar. 9> The Dolphins, in the market for a lead blocker and receiving threat out of the backfield, met with Schlesinger on Thursday, according to multiple reports. Schlesinger was the Lions' starting fullback for most of the past 12 seasons, but saw his playing time diminish in 2006. The 35-year-old did not have a carry for only the second time in his career.

</TD><TD>Droughns on the block
<Mar. 8> League and team sources confirmed to ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli that the Browns are actively shopping Droughns, their starting running back the past two seasons, in trade talks. Droughns has been made expendable by the Browns' signing of unrestricted free agent Jamal Lewis to a one-year contract on Wednesday. If Cleveland is unable to reach a trade accommodation, Droughns could be released.

Top 25 Big Board
1.
Calvin Johnson*, WR, Georgia Tech (6-4, 225) | previous: Same
He's not only a tremendous athlete, but he's a hard worker and very team oriented. Based on the needs of the Raiders and Lions, Johnson might not be the No. 1 overall pick, but he won't fall out of the top five.

2. Joe Thomas, OT, Wisconsin (6-6½, 313) | previous: Same
Huge, quick and athletic with a long wingspan.

3. Adrian Peterson*, RB, Oklahoma (6-1½, 218) | previous: Same
The most talented running back in the draft with an excellent burst to the outside for his size. The concern with Peterson is his durability.

4. Jamaal Anderson*, DE, Arkansas (6-5, 270) | previous: 5
A gifted athlete who is coming off an exceptional 2006 season. Anderson is a complete player, equally solid against the run and as a pass rusher.

5. LaRon Landry, DB, LSU (6-1½, 205) | previous: 6
Four-year starter who has proven to be Mr. Reliable throughout his career.

6. JaMarcus Russell*, QB, LSU (6-6, 260) | previous: 4
Big, strong signal caller with a powerful arm, and his decision-making improved significantly in 2006.

7. Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame (6-3½, 225) | previous: 9
Poised, smart and at his best in pressure situations. Quinn did throw two interceptions in the Sugar Bowl after throwing just one INT in his previous eight games.

8. Amobi Okoye, DT, Louisville (6-1½, 298) | previous: 7
A four-year veteran, and he is only 19 years old. Okoye is quick and explosive and goes all-out on every play. He is not only good at eating up space but also gets good penetration into the backfield.

9. Gaines Adams, DE, Clemson (6-4½, 260) | previous: 8
Flashes dominating ability with his athleticism and quickness. Adams led the Tigers with 10½ sacks and 15½ tackles for loss.

10. Ted Ginn Jr.*, WR, Ohio State (5-11, 175) | previous: Same
Takes a backseat to no one in the speed department, brings a big-play dimension to the wide receiver position and also the return game.

11. Lawrence Timmons*, LB, Florida St. (6-2¼, 233) | previous: Same
Moves right to the top of a very subpar linebacking group, particularly from the senior class. Timmons' production and consistency from game to game are what jumps out at you.

12. Levi Brown, OT, Penn St. (6-4½, 325) | previous: Same
Steady and reliable at protecting the quarterback's blind side.

13. Adam Carriker, DE, Nebraska (6-6, 298) | previous: 15
You don't see many defensive ends carrying 300 pounds who can move as well as Carriker.

14. Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU (6-2, 217) | previous: 16
Big and productive, Bowe runs excellent routes and has the toughness to catch the ball in traffic.

15. Dwayne Jarrett*, WR, USC (6-4, 210) | previous: 14
Has the size and natural receiving skills to create mismatches against smaller cornerbacks. Jarrett also has better quickness out of his break than people give him credit for.

16. Leon Hall, CB, Michigan (5-11, 193) | previous: 19
Tough customer who also shows very good anticipation and awareness in coverage.

17. Marshawn Lynch*, RB, California (5-11, 224) | previous: 23
Complete big back, right on the heels of Adrian Peterson when it comes to who will be the top RB in the draft.

18. Greg Olsen*, Miami, TE (6-5, 254) | previous: Unranked
His performance at the combine should move Olsen up to the middle of the first round. Great hands and very athletic, Olsen reminds me of Baltimore Ravens tight end Todd Heap.

19. Charles Johnson*, DE, Georgia (6-2, 280) | previous: 13
Not only gifted from a pure talent standpoint, but he also has the work ethic to match. Johnson is active, alert and extremely productive.

20. Patrick Willis, LB, Mississippi (6-2, 235) | previous: Unranked
Tackling machine with great football sense. Willis lead the Rebels with 137 tackles (87 solo).

21. Alan Branch*, DT, Michigan (6-5½, 328) | previous: 20
Huge and athletic, Branch is a true space eater along the interior. Once his technique improves, watch out!

22. Aaron Ross, CB, Texas (6-0½, 196) | previous: Same
An instinctive tackler who has excellent ball skills. Ross led the Longhorns in 2006 with six interceptions and broke up 19 passes. He also finished third on the team in tackles with 80.

23. Craig Davis, LSU, WR, LSU (6-1¼, 200) | previous: 18
Possesses outstanding speed (4.35 40-yard dash) to go along with his size. Davis was steady and reliable for most of his career, then took his game to a new level late in the season.

24. Robert Meachem*, WR, Tennessee (6-2½, 210) | previous: 25
Came through with a number of highlight-film plays in 2006. If he runs well at the combine, Meachem could elevate his status in the weeks leading up to the draft.

25. Reggie Nelson*, S, Florida (5-11½ 198) | previous: 17
Outstanding player who can hit like a safety and excel in coverage like a cornerback. That unique combination makes him a highly regarded prospect.

Dropped
Sidney Rice*, WR, South Carolina (6-3, 200) | previous: 21
An angular wide-out with a nice burst out of his break and above-average hands.

Arron Sears, OL, Tennessee (6-4, 320) | previous: 24
He played both guard and tackle in college and will give a team some versatility along the offensive line.

Adrian Peterson i think is still my choice for the browns #3 overall if they can not find a suitor for a trade.

If they can find someone to trade with them like houston. My first option would be AMobi Okoye.

Word is the Eagles are making a play for Colts' safety Mike Doss. Including but not limited to Andy Reid calling the guy up and pitching him on Philly himself.

This would take them out of the running for one of my favorite Gators in some time, Reggie Nelson, but you know, whatever makes the Birds better.
