I want to like them, but I just don't see improvement on offense. two weak showings in a row and now a long roady against seemingly much improved sam houston state before coming home for fcs foe N. Iowa (Who they should beat handily). WHile I wanted to chalk up the offensive poop show we saw against Delaware State in week 0 as Timmy Chang playing it close to the vest and windy conditions, the UCLA game was no help to that notion. They are just a bad offensive football team right now. 4-14 on third down. 1.8 yards per carry. three points in the 2H. pathetic. And I had them in pocket +17 and +14 but my assessment of hawaii is they are in real trouble.

6 possessions in the first half that crossed the 50 yard line. only 10 points? Scheager flippant with the ball once again.

they are going to have to outscore SHSU, San Diego State, Boise State, Wazzu, Fresno, UNLV, New Mexico!! and right now i dont think they can do it. This is a far cry from what Nick Rolovich had building here, you can see it on the field. Schaeger is a dude, but something is missing that they just dont have it right now. I want to love this team, but I am out until i see something different.
