Last night was down juice. Of course my three leans all covered pretty easy(well 2 of the 3). I don't have the want to play 4-5 games ever in all honesty any more on a particular night. For that, no regrets.
Situational handicapping at its finest. First of all I do understand this is Lakers 4/5 situation and so forth. Well, the best player on the floor took one of those off and the team as a whole kinda did Friday night in Indiana.
We all remember when the Wizards visited Staples earlier this year. Gilberst A Penis went off for 60 points. Kobias was brillinat in defeat as well with over 40 points and a nice all around game. It was the post game comments by Bryant that have fueled this personal rivalry. Don't think for a second the NBA doesn't love this. Two of their very best in a petty war. One just happens to be the best player and most clutch in league. He got showed up and home and he has a Jordanesque approach to these situations most times.
Nice setup tonight in Indiana. Lakers were caught looking ahead IMO. Other than a visit to the Garden this Wizards game was circled on their calenders for this trip. Phil Jackson is the greatest motivator of all time and will have this team ready. Kobias pulled a 7-23 tonight. That makes me feel better as I know where his head was. He is the type of player I do not worry about "trying to hard" tomorrow night. I am not saying he scores 40-50. I am saying he will have an unreal impact on the game. He may be all -around or he may be in a zone. Arenas will be big too. He loves challenges.
For this night I'll take # 24 and the boys to win. No Jamison for Wizards and all the motivation is Lakers way.
