The finals going to be limit really pushed us up against the draft quickly.

Let's talk shop!

Any bets, please share!!

Haven't watched must college basketball since Jay Wright left and Villanova turned into Rutgers overnight but can anyone explain how there are two guys going in the top 10 and probably top 5 from that school in the Jersey swamp yet they weren't even close to a tournament team.

Rest of the team sucked, no one played defense. Bailey was hurt some.

Oh wow didn't realize Bailey's stock is in a free fall. Apparently he was listed at 6'10" but only measured 6'7.5" at the combine. How do you even sugar coat that? Like teams weren't going to figure that one out.

I just hope teams have enough sense to draft Danny Wolf and Ben Saraf in the 1st round...

If you thought Bailey was 6'10", then you are either blind or retarded.

Given the current state of affairs here I fully expect the Suns to race their pick in at 10 on Jase Richardson because we all know the one piece of the puzzle missing from this team is a 6 foot shooting guard from MSU.

I always laugh thinking about this. Like the 2nd and 3rd picks couldn’t win 5 games in the b10?

26th pick finally we see Ben Saraf picked! In Germany getting ready for Game 5 in German league (best out of 5)!
Great player for Europe, hope he is NBA material. Was borderline first round. Surprised he selected before Wolf. Wolf is really special player...

How much Nets gear have you already ordered in the last ten minutes?

And we have double Israeli cooperation in Brooklyn, as Nets select Wolf next, after Saraf!
I remember him two years ago in Israeli national team U20 - surprised everyone, because he was pretty much unknown and he just blew up there...

Don't get Portland's pick tbh. He was projected 2nd round and Portland already has young C that looks great plus Ayton still there...
I would assume they go for guard, especially if they don't plan on keeping Jrue that appears to be unhappy to be there

I played at shitty Brockport , they listed me almost 3 inches taller than I was ...Dudes guarding me were always like " did you shrink ?" " Were you wearing high heel tims ?"

Suns traded 6 second round picks to get 2 second round picks? They really wanted that 31st pick...

These 2nd round picks are so useless now.

The NBA should just go to ONE round (maybe add some compensatory picks) and then go right to undrafted free agency.

The players then can put themselves into the best possible positions for their careers.

This also makes the end of the first (and only round) much more intriguing.

At least they didn't screw the pick up which is always in doubt with this organization

Don't disagree but doesn't make any sense. With what 350 cbb programs and basketball being totally global now you'd think 2nd round to take high potential projects would have a decent success rate.

I didn't put too much thought in to it to have an opinion, but I think Bar with merit says that 2nd round picks many times find themselves in situation when they don't have a contract on one hand and can't sign with 29 out of 30 teams in the other hand.
I remember last year some players asked not to be selected in 2nd round of I remember correctly...

me either. was looking at from team side. Player side no 2nd round obviously better. Other than having a guaranteed contract nothing beats free agency.

Brooklyn had 5 first round picks and didn't use one of them on a guy that can shoot. Impressive job by Sean Marks and great move by the commie owner keeping him as the GM.
