I am very much a novice. Is this a trap?

Here’s the terms. Way I read it is if I’m a winner (lions +3) then I don’t have to follow any rollover rules to withdraw cash. Does that make sense?

Only losing the bet requires a rollover, correct? Which means betting 200 and losing means I’d have to gamble 200 before I could make a withdrawal.

If you lose your bet and they refund you, you then have to roll that over 1x to be able to withdraw as I understand it
