Got through your top 25/26 ( was a tie ) so far and haven't found any glaring differences. Will go through next 25 soon enough. maybe we can discuss the teams we disagree about and see what is going on with those.
 
Wouldn't it make more sense to base you numbers off a predicted margin of victory vs league average than out of a possible highest score of 100 like it looks you have?
 
Say Illinois is suppose to beat the average team in CFb by 6 according to whatever model you have. they would have a rating of 6. Iowa a rating of 2. So illinios on neutral vs iowa would be -4.
 
I personally prefer abover league average ratings. Then you can use those above league average ratings to compare to teams of years past against their above league average ratings and do some other neat things ;)
