OK, you guys feel free to interject with notes and thoughts as well... This is not a thread for me to post my plays, although I will do so when I get them...
I want the board to be able to use this thread as a resource throughout the year - and if you have something that might be worthwhile info - then PLEASE - PLEASE - add it.
Here is a list of the guys who are due up tomorrow behind the dish and the parks where they worked first base today. As always, this list is not 100 percent concrete when it comes to the HP UMPS (see the freakin' Cincy/Pitt series)..... But it gives Shorty/Sy/myself some starting points to look into who we're trying to play on the totals....
Wash - RELIFORD
Pitt - BELL (sub ump, should still be there)
Phi - DAVIDSON
Hou - FOSTER
Col - COUSINS
Sdg - WOLF
Arz - TIMMONS
Stl - CUZZI (no game Sunday night, he was due BHP Sunday)...
Tor - BARRETT
Nyy- WINTERS
Cle - MONTAGUE
Det - HALLION
Cws - IASSOGNA
Sea - CEDERSTROM
Oak - KELLOGG
One note before I really get to work.
Notice the Astros left 13 on base today, yet scored just one run. I didn't see any of the game so I don't know whether to credit the Beermen pitching or discredit (again) the Astro offense. They will go nowhere fast if they continue to struggle with RISP. It makes it awfully tough to ever back them in a role as a favorite (even with ROY pitching)...
