Monday Night Football (Week Six) Discussion and Plays...

Let's talk.

Since 'fantasy' started blowing up in the league, last 3 or so years this sport has literally gone to the dogs.

Especially on Monday night.

MNF dogs are 36-20-1 ATS since 2013. Prior to that MNF dogs were barely hitting over 40% over a massive sample.

Road dogs on MNF are 20-7-1 ATS since 2014, that's almost 75%.

Road dogs of 7 or more on MNF are currently 8-1-1 ATS on the last 10 occasions.

Fantasy has got shit shady.

Seeing more and more crazy/questionable shit week in, week out.

That being said and getting back to the game tonight, the Jets secondary is pathetic.

Any half-decent QB could light their shit up based on what I've seen.

Plus we have the 'Circadian' shit flowing tonight.

Not touching this one at all. Everything on paper tells me that Arizona will slice the Jets by double digits. The Jets pass defense is putrid and Arizona gets Carson Palmer back. On the other hand, the Jets lousy passing game is going against the 4th ranked pass defense in the league. Everything points to a Arizona blowout but it just smells fishy. As fishy as that Steelers / Miami game smelled.

There has never been back to back pushes in primetime games so buying down or up is basically pointless.

Jets win SU, lose by 6 or less or get blown the F out.

Aside from dogs absolutely owning Monday the last few seasons I feel we have a bit of a perfect storm brewing for the underachieving Cards.

Cards off a Thursday game, so rested and Arians had time to draw shit up,

Home faves of 7 or more off a Thursday night win are 16-5 ATS.

There is the circadian thing about East Coast teams playing late games on the West Coast - advantage Cards,

Have got the ATS numbers regarding this situation in a thread from last season, will try and find it.

Monday night faves are 11-0-1 ATS since 2010 when the spread is 7-7.5 (average margin of victory is +20.1 points).

You have to think the cardinals defenders will want to show up against Bowles. Also the jets season is over. No decker has to be demoralizing.

1. The Jets are 12-23 SU and 10-24-1 ATS in their last thirty-five games versus NFC West opponents,

and just 3-13 SU and 2-14 ATS away versus NFC opponents off a win in their last game.

2. Bruce Arians, who is 34-8 SU and 31-9-2 ATS versus sub .600 opponents,

including 21-3 SU and 18-4-2 ATS when his teams won their previous game.

Jets get the Offense on track. Just need Palmer to do work and at home is a good thing .

Cards are 3rd in opponent yards per play behind Minny and Denver, the D isn't as bad as it appears.

Jets on the other hand are 29th in opponent yards per play, 4th worst in the league.

This game should be a blowout in the home teams favor.

Tough game to cap IMO. Carson Palmer hasn't shown us anything this year, he's been awful. Then again, the Jets secondary is atrocious. They give up a lot of big plays. Key matchup will be Cards o-line vs the Jets d-line. Let's see if Palmer gets any protection.
