Good God Gertie!!! Canucks open the scoring 1-0 in Vancouver 8 minutes into the 1st period. "Angry Beavers" look FLAT!!!

AND Beavers BITE 35 seconds later TIED 1-1

WOW!!! this 19 year old Canucks Swedish rookie kid Elias Pettersson is some kind of "sniper". first 22 year old Jake Virtanen on the PP and THEN Pettersson 1:20 later to make it 3-1 Canucks 8 minutes into the 2nd period. Pettersson now has 6 goals and 3 assist in 7 games played

well Ryan Suter finally got a 2nd past "Marky Mark" 14:37 of 2nd. late roughing Suter on Pattersson (welcome to the NHL, kid) gave the Canucks 1:38 of carryover PP to the 3rd 3-2 Canucks end of 2nd. game SOG's now 25-22 Canucks
