depends which Kluber shows up. Either the 17 Ks one or the one that can be very hittable from time to time...

Lester has been either great or bad, too, so I would think the ceiling is better for Kluber and i'd rather have Shaw/Allen than whoever is in the 8th/Rondon. Probably a line I lay off of, but I was thinking I'd lean whoever had the variance from the CHC -120 I figured we'd see

Based on the Days Cubs are super obvious. Personally will need to look at days rest and team histories. Ray for example is garbage on 4 but can go up fast after that

The indians last game of the RT and are going in to chicago for just one game for an afternoon game...really dont think they give full effort... kluber has never pitched in wrigley and he gives up a ton of fly balls... i dont make lines and i really dont care much unless the line looks shady

that's fine, just saying i didn't have a side i wanted to play before seeing the number

Tito seems to try to win every night with bullpen decisions, so the best I can see to your full effort point would be that they rest everyday guys like Santana/Brantley however they may try to capitalize on momentum as I'd imagine his seat may be a little hot based on preseason expectations. Tip, is he gonna get fired? I saw Shapiro to TOR rumors, so is he the fall guy? I'd think both

i think any play on Ray would be more of a play against Lance Lynn based on how he's had a couple really bad outings and StL doesn't score many runs yet they get a ton of respect when they hit the road

Wind blowing in makes me like him even more if that's what we get, even if Lester has been good vs CLE. Seems like he's given up a bunch of hits in recent outings, but they haven't burned him. Also doesn't hurt Tito managed him for years...

Everything is wrong to expect any great effort from Cleveland as I see it. Long & hard road trip ending off of the Yankee series win high + a 1-off contest against a meaningless opponent (won 2 of 3 already this season = no revenge angle) + playing for nothing (far too many teams ahead of them for the WC spots, never mind their being 6.0 games out). They've some nice fodder on deck in the Brewers coming up, then back to ruining the prospects of other AL WC hopefuls. Not to mention that Kluber has been awful in 3 of his last 6 starts, and either average or awful in his last 4 away starts vs. non-divisional opponents.

(Looked deeper, seems Kluber's getting up for divisional opps. on the road seemingly more than non-div. ones is a season long trend: 3.19 ERA & 0.91 WHIP against the former versus a 4.62 ERA & 1.11 WHIP against the latter. What doesn't change is the Tribe generally sucking SU in any given road start of his: 4-10 SU overall.)

Wind in or out, the fact blankets has disavowed this game from being selectable in their survivor contest gives me a strong hint about what I need to realise.


Cleveland is 3-7 SU their L10 road games off a road win. Wins against the Reds, A's & Skankees.

you guys may very well be correct, but I'm going to see what type of lineup Tito throws out there before I 100% believe the Tribe don't care about the game.

Tuck's protect the ace theory may be in play here, and besides that I can't imagine a guy who's in the lineup tomorrow will try less to get that additional hit, HR or RBI that may get him a better contract down the line than if he hadn't. Definitely worried we'll see Brantley sit because Lester is LHP, though I think he's hitting .333 in 15 ABs against him

the wind is forecasted to be blowing out over 20 mph but that could change anytime at Wrigley

The only thing worrying me about the Cubs is that they travel to Cali after this game and that is a big worry now that I think about it

Will just be on the TT unless it's Eddings behind the plate which is a strong possibility :hang:

I am thinking about the Astros. Feldman lifetime is 16-11 in August his best month and on 5 this season he is 4-0 with a 3.09 ERA this season.
I tend to think the Tampa series was very good for both teams but best for the Astros. Every game was a tight 1 run game after the first one and the Astro's got to practice against a lot of quality pitching, Interest in KC to start with.

Once again you over pay for a card play and this number last night was +Ari +101 and I think it closes there Taking the +111 now. Statement above by GW say's it all. I can't see how anyone can not like the Cubs. First of all Cleve and Seattle are pretty much auto plays when facing a lefty have done well this season closing my eyes and playing them.

Also looking at Boston, Kelly coming off solid efforts and getting run support and the Boston team playing much better of late and Sam coming off a soild game but has been geting pounded and one of the most over-rated pitchers in the league

Kind of surprised Mark is out. Alex in a hitting slum. Eovaladi playing off 120 pitches. Went back 3 years and did not see that before and the Yankee pen is very thin and people love the Yanks. They could easily win but Eovaldi does have a 5 ERA at night.

thanks Paulie, I took the Cards last night at -115. My place has action regardless of pitcher, so I'm good I hope. I figured the snakes are finally coming home after a grueling 10 day straight road trip, while the birds finally got a win at the pads last night. Looks better now. What do you think about the total?

Houston has scored 30 runs in it's last 10 games and the yankees bats aren't killing the baseball either. Eovaladi has thrown close to 120 pitches before but from what I see always had the extra rest and this time he's coming back with regular rest. Feldman pitching well
The Astro bullpen has pitched 17 consecutive scoreless innings that I like. I took Houston +118 on the game and the market has gone against so far and as far as I can tell it's the bats on the road by Houston that's putting people on the Yankees.

This line is more against Feldman then for Eovaladi 136 inn 158 hits 1.46 Whip a 4.24 ERA and a 2.1 war Feldman's stats aren't that much better but I'll tell you if Eovaladi gets an ump that calls the low strike Houston may not score beating the ball in the ground all night. The Under maybe the better play.

No Problem, JMO you need a place where you bet listed pitchers your giving them a free roll on the number betting just action. Don't mean to tell you what to do and please take what I say as it's intended in a respectful way. Back to the cards the cards don't hit on the road and with a change of pitchers it's tough to say. What I meant to say was I bet them in last night game. I remember I think it was C-Man saying the pads are 1-7 when winning the first two of a home series now there 2-8:shake:
