Monday I overslept openers Discussion

GWarner27

Meatballin' in Celtics Stadium
Saw DET -105 and was trying to figure out if I should buy as that number is $0.30 below what I made it and BM opened while I was deciding...

Leans:
CIN +146
CHW +153

On the radar:
DET -118/u7.5
CHW u8.5
LAA u7.5

Tigers are -101 for Monday at 5dimes right now.

thanks, i've been watching and i'm debating when to jump in because a lot of people I respect think this line is crazy (and I'd love to get DET + money against a dumpster fire of a team)

No contest thread? Playing over in Angels for sure.
Under is a Warner lean. Just noticed. Would urge you to switch. Keuchel has not been good on 5 days rest.
Keuchel is off his first career shutout. .491 ERA at Angels based on 11 innings. In his 3 road games this year he has received 6,7 and 6 runs,
Richards in his 2 home games vs Astros has gone 12.1 innings and given up 9 runs. Richards 2 home games getting 5 and 9 runs. Houston huge chip on shoulder aimed at Angels after losing 5 of last 6 games at home to Angels. This year that last 9-1 beat of Cosart and the Richards 11-1 beat of Harrel stand out. Richards has 2 good 4 days rest starts but over time 4,5 ERA based on 84 innings

i think Richards could throw a no-no tonight (i realize this is prediction #2 and the last one resulted in TJ for Fernandez), but agree I don't want to touch the Astros pen when LAA is starting to swing the bats or at least did yesterday with 10+ hits vs my main man Price in my under that pushed

Tigers travel saga update: They're about to take off from Boston. Clubhouse supposed to open to media in 1 hour . . . It will be empty.

Went ahead and took Tribe 1st 5 and game. Kluber gets to face some tired bats tonight. Can't believe I'm passing on Detroit at plus money (rare opportunity) but the situation combined with Tribes best pitcher dictates the play. Considering a half unit on tribe / under parlay.

technically not only passing on DET + money, but playing them and 1H as well lol

FYI, Smyly flew in yesterday before the Boston game, so he's been there & rested.

:)

With/without all the travel BS, I still like Kluber on the mound for the Indians. If you saw what he did in his last outing against the Jays you would be very impressed. I realize the Indians hit Left-Handed batters like shit and Smyly is also a great pitcher but something has got to give. I took Indians 1st 5 innings (-105). I think Kluber can keep the Indians in this game early, giving them a good chance to win the 1st 5 if they can put up a run or two.

This guy is very good

Playing off a shut out and at Anaheim Keuchel should get hit. I do not understand why Richards should not get hit. Will wait on umpire.
One possible angle is because Houston is on 2 wins.
This season 2 runs, 3 runs. 3 runs. All losers. Houston has scored 14 runs last 2 games. Just thinking

Based on situation Cleveland is obvious. Betting it---?

Kluber on 4 days rest
3-1 2.11 ERA
been a long time for Smyly 2 years I believe 3.91 ERA

i find it does not make sense to go against a team that is as hot as detroit....especially with a team like cleveland....i don't care who is pitching

Then just forget about situations. They just swept 2 teams in a row and the second one was major playoff revenge. Its a let down situation for them while Cleveland should be sky high

Cleveland 4-3 at home vs lefties 0-8 on the road.
short sample Kluber bad with ump and Symly good
1-6 record for home teams. Have to jump ship and avoid Cleveland

Im confused. The wind is blowing out 17 mph to left with fb vargas and gas can. Is there a reason why this doesnt go over?

CHW struggles with soft-throwing LHP (look at Bruce Chen's numbers against them) and KC can't hit. Weather scares me a bit, but it's really hard to hit a HR there

Is Dusty Baker still managing the Reds? my fucking god.

top of 12, men on first and second with no outs. 3rd batter of the inning bunts into FC with the runner out at third and fourth batter GIDP. goddammit.
