Pondering the thought of taking Miami to win the division. The heat have an overall easier remaining schedule than the Hawks, 2 more home games the rest of the way and the heat should be inclined to perform well more consistently after the ASB. Denver ATS and TT Over 100.5 - I just think that Malone is my number one candidate for COY at the moment, together with Carlisle. Look at first year coaches (in their teams). Mitchell, Gentry, Skilles, Hoiberg, Donovan - is there a coach that done a better job or a coach that left an imprint on a team bigger than him? The answer is no. They took 7 of the last 8 lines and won in Toronto earlier this season. Raptors won 11 in a row, but after covering 8 out of 9 lines of the games they won, they failed to cover the last two.

Spurs -16 and Magic Under 93 points - Spurs off a loss and off a rest, Magic in B2B...

Sacramento -4 - off four straight losses, finally healthy - time to get the W and the line is not that high...

What I was commenting on to begin with is that is DID get past the idea stage, it got all the way to them having the shirts on the seats in the arena. Clearly, many many people saw the shirts, understood what they were all about and obviously saw nothing wrong at all. One malcontent sees the shirts before the game and they do a 180 within minutes?

Doesn't the person who is equating a picture of a cartoon Mouse on a t-shirt, that is attributed to the Chinese New Year which has a very long history of tradition, have any type of culpability at all? I mean why is he seeing that as racist in the least bit? Was it simply because it happened on February 1st? If this promotion was held in January would he have had the same issues? I highly doubt it, and that's why it's ridiculous.

Of course it's a sensitive topic, I didn't say otherwise.

If someone calls PBS and asks them to not air Curious George in the month of February I would make the same comment. At some point, enough is enough and we should be focusing on the issue itself through discussion, not getting rid of promotions that had nothing at all (not even close) to racism.

Also, do you think it would be fair for the Chinese population to be offended by the canceling of the promotion/t-shirts? What do we do then if seemingly everyone is "offended?"
