Don't know who's pitching for LA and don't care. Gil allows too many walks and too many runs for the short innings he pitches ..... Oh hell, why bother. Boone is going to start the same lineup tonight he has for the past 3 games. Judge will still be swinging for the fences again from the #3 spot again AFTER Soto so they don't have to give Soto anything good to hit and Boone will be nodding sagely from the dugout telling Judge "Good job big man" while he sips his coffee again.

But maybe the result will change tonight, and Boone will allow his pitcher to throw more than 3 innings before bringing in Cortes and Judge will hit 3 HR's. But as they walk quietly out of the stadium after the game to go play golf, my guess is they will whine about a bad ump call instead of remembering they have only scored a total of 7 runs in this entire series while leaving an unbelievable 46 runners left on base in just three games. Yeah. That many. But the umps stole the game from them.......

Isn't it always a damn shame when your complete inability to perform is always scapegoated on being someone else's fault?

agree on Boone, i said it after game 2, move judge down, he is killing any rallies middle of the lineup. Needs to go to #5 or lower. Boone bringin cortes the other day was a busch league move, for a guy who doesnt relieve and is an emotional hot head. As a yankees fan, I've been frustrated with his in game managing and his pitcher decisions for last 3 years. He continues to cost the yankees games and his team has taken on his laissez faire attitude, blaming others and not themselves.
GL tonight, I am big on dodgers team total over, it's cashed the whole series and has been $ maker all post-season

I wished the rotation was for Fletcher or Ripperger again for runs, even Fairchild would be decent...but it's Eddings

agree completely on Judge, it all started in the clev series when he got hit in the ribs. It became mental and as you know as a former player, once it becomes mental it affects all things physical. He changed his swing, became more timid and started golfing it more as well as standing further back in the box. Big Papi and someone noticed it too. Really sad to see but i guess they may just go quietly into the night as these things are tough to fix in one game. GL bud.

Think the 9th last night was the last gasp. Wish I had an idea who Roberts was going with in early innings, I don’t exactly trust him. He outta have a guy who matches up well w Soto in 1st, no reason to worry bout judge, at this point I could punch him out! Kinda thinking bout 1st inning runs for dodgers as Gil has only pitched once all month and it was 10 days ago, he walked guys early and gave a 1st inning run to cle garbage offense. He walks a couple to start this game lad could jump all over them. Cant believe yanks are sizable favs again, crazy. Dodgers to win 1st inning is +380!!
