Some days you just can't win. I had a little pocket money on Atlanta ML yesterday. Mets pitcher gets hurt early on and you think good that can't hurt right? Unfortunately, I bet the Braves because the Mets pitcher wasn't so good. He goes down and they replace him with 4 pitchers that go lights out allowing only 2 hits in 7 innings. If he stays in the Braves score at least 4 runs. With him leaving they get shut out. Should have stayed in bed.
Also a note: I use Covers stats. Their forum is a war zone, but their stats have been very good for the last 20 years. Until now because their pitcher stats are corrupted. According to their stats every pitcher has thrown in relief at least their last 4 games with zero innings pitched and no decision instead of what their real stats are. Looking at StL today, Sonny Gray's last 8 starts have been zero innings in relief and no outs and all no decisions. Don't use them for now. I actually sent them a note telling them about the problem but even though we were besties around 2002 they don't like me much anymore. Glad I'm going away for a few weeks and maybe they will get their head out of their ass and fix this shit.
