Let me start by saying the World series just starting on Oct 24 is a fucking joke. Way too late because the season is too long. And the season is too long because the playoffs are too long. That will only get worse in the future as they are bound to add teams to the playoffs. I can't tell you how badly I want to see the Yankees play the Mets with the series stretching to middle November. They would have to finish that in the spring. Morons.

I can't see Toronto winning the series. They have two really good hitters (Springer and Guerrero) while the Dodgers have 7 (Otani, Betts, Freeman, Smith, T Hernandez, Muncy, and Edman) Look for Edman and Hernandez to step up with the already known "stars" I mentioned with them. And I really can't believe that the Dodgers pitching staff has come around. The "experts" kept saying all season lack of pitching was why LA can't repeat. I won't argue much because they sucked for most of the year and their pen is unstable. But their rotation Snell, Yamamoto, Otani, and Glasnow is better than Scherzer, Gausman, Bieber, and Yesavage.

Normally I bet the team that has been playing to win game #1 because LA would have been sitting for 6 days and not seen live game condition pitching but with this 4 day layoff between the LCS and the start of the series I think that Toronto advantage no longer applies. MLB should space out not just 4 days but maybe two weeks to really let the teams heal and get ready for the series. Imagine baseball in NY for Thanksgiving!

MLB is biggest whores on the planet, its all about $$$. Keep Pete Rose out of HOF for gambling and now thats their biggest source of income!! And yes, the steroid era players should be in as well..... mlb benefited big time from Bonds, Sosa, Clemens. Mcguire and so many other users during this time but as soon as govt said it was bad MLB bailed on these money makers and acted like they knew nothing about it while it was going on. These guys were filling seats and steroids were ok . mlb is a bunch of whores !! Sorry for the rant in your thread W2W

No problem Cash. Anyone any time can rant in my threads. God knows I do it enough. There is no question MLB are whores, as you put it, but it's kind of unfair to whores. At least they provide a valuable service. MLB does not. And I think it's absolutely hilarious that MLB, NFL, NHL, and especially NBA could be rocked by gambling scandal with the others sure to follow close behind. Seriously, with all those leagues using gambling sites as their main advertisement who could have possibly imagined the players would be gambling? Or games could be fixed. GL
 
Gambling sites are the cash 🐄🐂🐄🐂's for all sports and now. All the states in this country are pretty much broke and run the crookedest #s game of all called the lottery to help fund their failing state econnmies. My god , here in NY they run a keno type game called Quick Draw. If you play 5 #s for $2 and hit all 5 out of the 20 balls they draw for 80 # board you win $600. If you play the same 5#s for the same $2 and hit all 5 @ casino you'd win $1500. Talk about crooked mofos and the game is in most every bar and most convience stores here
