I have Gavin Rees +105 for 1u. Had gone to -110, now back to +125.

Taking the Marquez/Alvarado over 11.5 rounds -155 for 1u. Alvarado is big, but he also just had his ass flat kicked. Alvarado should box a little here, and even if he doesn't, I'm not sure Marquez can knock him out.

Waiting for a "Will Go" prop on Aydin/Postol. Think this one goes the distance.

Yea I like Rees at first blush

not so sure on your second bet just yet....want to see some weights etc

is aydin 10 or 12? Also, if memory serves me right , is this a fight HBO owes Aydin? Has to be......I wanna say from his Berto fight maybe..

I think you're right on the money here.

already on JMM-225 for 1. lookin forward to seeing alvarado try and box. he did a decent job of it in rios pt 2. lookin forward to seeing how jmm approaches a much bigger fighter. don't think i've seen him do that in a while.

I am not sure how Alvarado wins this fight to be honest. If he tries to box Marquez should be able to out box him. If he tries to jab his way in and then do inside work, Marquez should be able to counter the hell out of him.

If Marquez is even a shell of what he was against Pacquiao or hell even Bradley he should win this fight.

Just got a Yellow card, aka stern warning from my fiancé, "you're not drinking your pee if Dinamita wins!" I didn't even tell her Marquez was fighting lol, she knows too well.

It'll be fun, but agree. Odd line really...

It'll be fun, but agree. Odd line really...

You know Twink it really is.

I get people saying Marquez is old and isn't what he was, but it's not like he has completely fallen apart. Yes, he lost his last fight to Tim Bradley. However, he did show a lot of his old self in a very close fight against someone who is one of the top 5-6 boxers in the world. So why people are sour on JMM seems a little silly to me. He always shows up in shape and ready to go 12 rounds. People thinking we will suddenly see an old Marquez, while possible, seems quite unlikely to me.

On the other hand Mike Alvarado is coming of 3 rough fights in which 2 of them he took absolute vicious beatings in. And I am not buying this "young lion" carp either. He is a shop worn 30 year old fight coming off the biggest loss/beating of his career. Mike is a good fighter, but let's be honest hear even a Marquez a fraction of his old self does every facet of the game better than Mile High does.

With all this going through my mind I simply can't understand the close odds or everyone saying Alvarado will win this. To me his only chance is Marquez somehow got old/shot over night.

Regardless it's gonna be a great fight to cap off a wonderful day of fights.

Back from cajun country hungover as hell but am pumped up for this fight tonight. Alvarado's getting crushed if he thinks he's going to come in and box with JMM. I think he needs to turn this into a brawl as early as he can and hope to wear JMM down going to the body as much as possible.

Even if Marquez comes in a slower version of himself I still see him countering at will if Alvarado stays on the outside and then it's only a matter of time until he gets hurt and tries to brawl like he normally does. Might as well be the one trying to dictate pace and style of the fight before getting hurt.

I may take a stab at the under....

thoughts?

I know Jab likes o11.5 but I just can't convince myself of Alvarado being able to avoid getting hurt at some point in this fight. He's about as shop worn as any fighter out there and it's hard to imagine him having any serious chin left.

Twinkie Plays

Selcuck Aydin +165.../ 1 unit

I will take a small stab here. Eliminator, Viktor doesn't appear to have much pop. I will take the experience for a value play.

Was about to say the same thing as max. Aydin hitting that bomb left in the first is definitely hurting him as that is all he's looking for now.

the reach is really showing...Aydin gettin frustrated

he needs to get those easy body shots....Postol cant cover that big frame up totally

get that body and that hook to the head will come again
