Divol had the exact opposite opinion...that Indy won the games that the refs seemed to be against them. Not saying either of you are wrong, it's just funny that guys can watch the same games and have 2 completely different opinions of how the refereeing was in those games.

Divol ALWAYS says the refs are against him. I remember when the Lakers had 50+ ft's to the Warriors 16 ft's, he said something like "the refs tried their best to keep the Warriors in it"... something to that effect.

Divol is a funny dude. It's well known that there are some referees that are Sterns right hand men. Foster and Joe C are definitely on the top of the list. It's not that these games are being fixed. They are just being influenced in the best interest of the league. The refs can manipulate the games in so many ways its not even funny. And most people just look at the free throw totals..... Not the right thing to do. It's all about WHEN they make the calls to change momentum. When those 2nd and third fouls are called to get a player out of rhythm.


Basically I don't think the league could afford to not have a game on for a week.
