Is 2 days away.. The outright bets are up, still waiting on the matchups.. :shake: Got a few leans on who i like to start the year off.

Here are some of the players I would avoid this week:
Chad Campbell hasn't had a top-15 finish since the EDS Byron Nelson Championship.
Tim Herron missed the cut in three of his last four starts and that one was in the American Express that didn't have a cut.
David Toms has had only one top-ten (T8th WGC-Bridgestone) since the U.S. Open.
Eric Axley hasn't had a top-25 finish since Greensboro back in October.
Chris Couch has not had a top-ten since his win in New Orleans and has only had three top-25 since then.
J.B. Holmes has had only two top-20 finishes since his win almost a year ago in Phoenix, T14th at the Maekyung Open and a T13th at The International.
Jeff Maggert hasn't finished better than 45th since the British Open.
Carl Pettersson has only made the cut once in last four starts and that was in the Tour Championship that didn't have a cut.
Rory Sabbatini only one top-15 (T5th Canadian Open) since winning at the Nissan Open 11 months ago.
Kirk Triplett has had only one top-25 (T18th Memorial) since winning in Tucson 11 months ago

abcs- i will be watching this system closely ....haha i will follow you all year in gold bro. you do use units if i remember correctly and since it is golf what do you think a good size unit would be. was thinking $25/unit assuming you do not throw up 20 unit plays like nothing
 
Hey man ive spent a lot of time capping. Still cant pull the trigger, waiting to read some quotes. Ill let you know what i like and which ones are my favorite plays. I usually bet 25 bucks or so a unit on these..

Stuart Appleby has won this tournament multiple years in a row, and I like him to do it again since he has gotten down how to play the first tournament of the year down pat.
 
Thats goin out on a limb haha.. You can get nice dog odds for him against furyk. I actually like Jim in that matchup. 4 times in a row in the same event is a long shot.. Jim is a better player and a more consistent one, he also has a house in hawaii and can play the wind. I might be stayin away this week.. i am waitin to read tom. notes and press conference clippings.. not much info out there today.
 
First play is in.. Not overconfident in this one Its only a 1 unit play.. Baddely (-126) over holmes:shake:

Tournament or Round Bets

Do you usually place just tournament match-up bets, or do you also bet on individual rounds? Just curious.

Occasionally Ill do first rounds.. if i notice a trend like a player struggles to make the cut, or if i notice the weather is bad early ( dif tee times ), or if the tourney is played on seperate courses. Thats a lot more research it just depends on how much time i have. DUring the majors ill add props but usually it will be 2 72 hole matchups.. Im not overconfident this week though bud.. so well see how it goes
