I think alot of schools are already on break and the players have gone home. La Tech is on the quarter system and isn't on break yet.

Shit you're way ahead of the game - as in me ha

LT - SIXTEEN guys in portal - including

bu QB - other is hurt = 1 QB Bullock
st DT Blay
st DE Burnett
st CB Woods
P Buchannan

bu's at :
TE - DE

depth guys (3rd or worse)
RB - LB - DL - DL - TE - LB - DB - DB

* overall 10 guys out on D / 7 on defensive front

line 'should be' around 14 or so - a narrative will be "LT has a really good D"
>> no they don't - it's not bad for a CUSA D, and much better than they have been - hired DC from N Iowa - they did hold Jx St to 3.3/rush

The key is not playing anybody that can run - or move the ball (#132 SOS of opposing O's) - I'll look to play the opener with Army if 14 or less - maybe wait if opens higher

La Tech should make Independence Bowl coordinators happy as all hell too. They used to play at least one home game a season in Shreveport, I'm sure there would actually be fans for that game since academies always will have at least some fans at games anywhere.

one of my favorite bowl bets (2019?) vs Miami - won 14-0 as big dog

That snow bowl between A&M and Miss St is so legendary in that game. Remember Messy won by 2 in OT because they returned the 2 pt conversion then scored a TD. Crazy game.

Went there when ISU played Bama, pretty great atmosphere although the stadium sold out of beer and were having as much trucked in as they could from local grocers during the game. Had fun with Bama fans, obviously they weren't Bama at that point but still respectful as all hell. Seneca was QB, ISU lost when the last second FG went over the upright but was called no good...still a hot topic among ISU football fans to this day lol

Lost my ass at the Isle of Capri too but still had a blast. Had zero expectations going there.
