i understand tulsa as far as what their record will end up being most likely but hard to believe they are top 40 in power rating

i was suprised to not see them in the top 40 and it never occured to me that they might actually be in the top 20. somewhat interesting.
 
pretty much agree...im not givin wake much love either. think illinois should be higher and kansas lower...other than that it looks pretty good to me
 
It would be interesting if someone can post Phil Steele's top 30 power
rankings vs. this list. I like Phil's better.

11 BYU 12 KU 17 TCU all too high.

At 24, Arizona is a joke. They lost their best 2 defensive players, AA-CB Cason, and all-everything LB (Hansen ??), return only 3 starters on D.

Wake & Utah could easily replace 24, 25 or 26.
