Just initial thoughts, only saw spreads for first time a min ago
Dont see how redskins csn be favorites with haskins at qb, he looked horrible his earlier start, Darnold can move the ball a bit, jets also have a great run defense, they only really get crushed through the air
Think the iggles match up well with the pats, that's a spicy home dog

Yeah, Jets are a must play. Hold ya nose for 3.5 hours, no doubt.

Curious why Phil matches up well with NE? Isn’t Philly weakness their pass D? Seems like that’s something NE can exploit, no?

ill add my 2 cents... Honestly I am scared shitless playing this team off of a loss because they are 28-3 ats off of a loss in the brady era (or something like that)
I see how it can be a close game. philly has a good1-2 rb punch & they are going to run a ton and shorten the game. NEs pass d is great but their run defense is average at best. That kind of plays into Philadelphia’s hands because they arent going deep anyway.
our secondary does stink but they are getting a little bit healthier... and in general they tend to struggle against the deep ball More than the short pass offenses...brady will get his but i do expect NE to have no run game & a lot of 4 yrd passes to edelman
But overall I do see how the Eagles match up better to a team like this than to a team like the Vikings who smoked them a couple weeks ago. Eagles need to control the clock, get pressure on brady & make him throw a pick or 2, which he is capable of.
this game is going to be extremely different from the Super Bowl. expect it to be very low-scoring and recommended under. I also think there’s a pretty good chance that New England wins but does not cover.

Pat's are a middle of the road offense this year
Dvoa has them as 13th overall on offense, and 13th in pass offense
Like brandedbets said above, eagles struggle on the deep passes and brady doesnt really have the arm or the personnel, they crush the short stuff where the eagles front 7 can effect things much more
Teams who have exploited the eagles defense this season are the vikings, cowboys, lions, packers, who are 6th, 3rd, 5th. And 7th in passing dvoa
Teams where the defense has played great were the Bills, bears, jets, who are 28th, 21st, and 32nd in passing dvoa. They kept all 3 of those under 14 points

Here's one for you guys... Fading the bills 3rd quarter has been straight money. I've played it 3 straight (only posted last week's play when Cleveland edged them 3-2 in the 3rd).

As a dog they outscored the Patriots 7-3 in week 4. They were losing 13-3 at the half there. As long as the Bills aren't trailing big at the half vs the Fins I will be playing again.

The Texans are obv a team I like to bet from a personal point of view.
I'm on Ravens and Colts due to the line I produced for both. This just reinforced it for me.
I made Ravens -6 and Indy -4, slim margins for sure, but there wasn't a lot of variance I was comfortable with this week

Still a bit of a mystery while they released Gordon. Some questions on his work ethic but from what I've read the players weren't real happy with him being let go. Brady had taken Gordon in under his wing from Day 1. Obviously been a few weeks since this went down but as a Pats homer I'd really like to have gotten the whole story but that never happens with NE.

Cover. I'm a believer in the Broncos defense and am a big fan of Fangio (Bears). Below is what Fangio has done v. the Vikings the last 4 years. Keep in mind in 2014 Bears were the 30th ranked defense and Fangio took them to around 15th in 2015. 2 of his 8 v. the Vikings he got lit up it seems. I don't have the context behind these games but the data in 2019 says Broncos defense should limit the Vikings offense and I like that Fangio is very familiar against the Vikings and off a bye I believe.

still wondering about benching Butler in the super bowl loss, but i think Gordon was about roster spots and they chose to release him with an injury and untrustable history instead of trying to hold onto him thus putting the roster at a disadvantage
