Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a good week and is ready for some football. Pretty exciting weekend for me as I am going to the Gamecocks game today and the Panthers game tomorrow. Late to posting so forgive me. Had Arizona -20 last night but will leave that unposted and uncounted.

How do people get to party in those cockabooses?

I was hoping the UK action might push the line down by kickoff. I think SC wins, but don't want to lay much.

The cabooses are rentable and cost a pretty penny to be able to get. Mostly companies rent them out and host events there. Lots of really good tailgate spots though with how the area is laid out around the stadium. Good thoughts on the UK game, I will get some down soon as well but I could agree.

Thoughts for the Gamecocks game:

My initial thought on the game was Under but after seeing the line drop below 50 probably a no play for me there. Tough to say how we play today or what to expect. As VK noted in his thread, Cocks have only had a handful of drives beyond 50 yards and we have had two games with kick return TDs and short field turnover TDs which can drastically skew the stats for a teams performance (honestly was hilarious to hear the announcer in the mizzou game talk about our redzone chances being like 1/3 and we are in the fourth quarter). If Cocks get takeaways they are likely to score with something like a 75% success rate on scoring after a turnover the last two years. Big thing for me this game is how our defense reacts. I have vivid memories of Kentucky running the same formation and nearly the same play about 25 times in a single game and our linebackers could never figure it out. Supposed OLine issues for Kentucky but they aren't facing the Bama front here lets be honest. If the line drops you may catch me playing some Gamecocks below -6 but for now I am sitting tight with nothing. Most of the Gamecock fanbase has this as an easy win and we should be favored by a TD, but I am a bit more hesitant.

Yeah funny thing about those fans...easy win? UK's only won the last 3 in the series. But SC getting better with time compared to those teams. I'm dreaming of -3.5...Probably just dreaming, but at my source it did come off a midweek high of 7.5 and just bounced off of 5 a few minutes ago. Long time till kick off yet.

That may be a bit misrepresenting their feelings but my personal friends were giving me shit for thinking the line should be -4 at most. I think they view it as we should be favored by a TD because of how the first two games have played out but I am personally putting no stock in UK's performance in their first two games, neither of which was an SEC opponent.

And not putting as much stock in our performance over the first two games as they are I am sure.

Yea books I was actually thinking the same thing so I made a couple more small parlays since I am in the black first few weeks and my overall risk is pretty low this week compared to weeks past. Also edit units to win on first parlay.

Obviously the Miss game is still going on but if the parlays got shit on by the Gamecocks alone that is going to sting with my own team being the reason I did not turn my 1u into 12u. I was worried about the game from the start of the week and they did what I was afraid of by coming at us on the ground and with RPO plays that our guys still just can't figure out. What was surprising to me what HOW bad the offense looked. I expected some regression but I did not expect the Gamecocks to not be able to get a first down in the entire first half other than the TD on the first play. Good game from Kentucky and they obviously still have our number. Maybe these dumb cocks fans will wake up. We are two weeks removed from people saying we are going 5-7 or 6-6 and they all of a sudden think we should be laying a TD to a team we haven't beaten in now four years. I actually bet some dumbass at our tailgate, he said we would score 35 minimum bahah.

Waiting on a few to finish to post final record for the weekend but should be another trip in the black despite it feeling like a loss after going to and watching that shit storm.
 
Certainly a deflating loss, anticipated improvement from SC D was unfounded, UK continues to mature.
