A clear letdown spot for both Cal and UCLA coming off the losses to their rivals, this is where the better team (and dog) steps up imo...when it comes to responding in a letdown situation, I want them. I get it, UCLA on the fired coach angle, but I don't even know who's coaching today. Doubt they do either. This is just a game to get out the way and move on to basketball season...hope Cal shows some moxxy here, not sure Rosen even gives a fuck at this point.

I'll take this Cal/UCLA game a step further...Joel Klatt reported this week that Rosen and Mora were connected at the hip, if UCLA gave him another year, Rosen would likely return. That would have been a shock, but it's not happening now, and if that was an ultimatum I'm curious if Rosen doesn't just want to distance himself from the program altogether at this point. There's a lot going on behind the scenes there, we know Chip likely ends up there if they can afford him...but the administration didn't just tell Mora to fuck off, in a sense they told that to Rosen as well. Not sure their heads are remotely in this game. Not sure they even want to go to a bowl...winner of this one becomes bowl eligible.

I'm sure UCLA will win by 30 now but that's where I'm at.
