Rarely bet on City matches but think this one holds merit, they have been performing well at home and won't feel good with just a one goal lead going to next week. That said the lineup w/o Walker (red card) is very defensive oriented so it's hard to expect fireworks, might add a wager on a late goal with Foden and Grealish as subs if they think they need one. Would take the clean sheet but at -135 that's a bit pricy considering the back line is a little off w/o Walker and Dias so rather take a stab at the final score. Won't be upset if City win 4-0 however.

Pool is just better than Benfica, anything making next week's game relevant should feel like a victory for them.

Is City very strong at counter attacking?
Yeah but they won't be countering really, they'll control possession it's just that Rodri in there means they'll be less pressing early on at least. Again if they bring Foden and Jack in later on, it completely changes the pace. Ake/Stones/Laporte can be a bit dicey in the back so gotta cover that up.

Also have to beware of the potential look ahead for both City and Pool since they play Sunday with the league on the line. Managing this next 8 days is going to take some work for Pep.

Got Europa capping out the way this morning so Thursday can be focused on the Masters. Honestly like all away teams for various reasons, this is the time of year to look at who is more concerned about domestic standings to get to top four. All away teams basically can focus on this competition, hard to see any of them play much meaningful domestically through the end of the season. Rangers off the loss to Celtic cemented that, Barca are going to finish 2nd in La Liga, Atalanta need to win this competition while Leipzig are hanging on to top 4 at home, and West Ham are fading late while Lyon literally only have Europa to play for.

Cookie for anyone who thought Yellow Submarine could hold Bayern scoreless for 90 minutes
