Plan on a monsoon at some point ..11 of the last 12 times my cousin has gone to Saratoga it's been close to a biblical storm. He's there all weekend ..

Looks like our key race where we use a single on our main tickets . Plan is to spend 70% of the pick 4 bankroll on the #1

1. A+ ZULU KINGDOM What's not to like ? 3 for 3 at the distance. He's the lone graded stakes winner in here ..For what it's worth my true odds have this horse at 2/5. ..

4. B. Flying Mohawk
Both of his wins on turf. Has run using different tactics in the races leading up to the Derby.
Nice workout on the Saratoga track. ..Easily my 2nd choice in here for multi leg wagering

9. C Noble Confessor
Tough to select a horse that's still a maiden in this caliber or race , but this horse was neck and neck with ZULU KINGDOM before finishing 2nd last September in the Yielding stakes. If you're looking to play the Tri or Super this is a value horse to wheel 3rd and 4th .

5. C- Tom's Magic
Not sure he'll like the wet turf as he gave way in his last race finishing 9th ..

7. C - Mi Bago.
With rain possible both days there is a decent chance this horse is scratched. .

3. D+. States Rights
Horse is probably way over his head vs these.

This looks wide open. Of the 10 likely runners only the 6 was an immediate toss ..Trying to narrow it down to 5 or 6 selections but maybe in one ticket we play 9 horses .

Don't think we'll see anywhere near the 12-1 morning line ..For what it's worth my odds are 7-1

10. B. Chancer McPatrick
Horse has burned lots of bettors in his last 3 as the chalk. This should be a very fast race to the quarter pole , might set up well for this horse to close flying down the stretch

4. B. Patch Adams
Coming off a real nice win over 9 horses including #1 Big Truzz in the slop ..

Nice 5 week layoff after last start. Should be stalking , and might pounce and run away with it ..

5. B- Citizen Bull
Might just be the class of the bunch.Love the cut back

2. B- Madaket Road
Another stalker who might be coming late at the wire

3. B- Macho Music
Beat the one above and Gate to wire last time our winning at Churchill at 13-1. Enjoyed the slop last time out

9. C+ Neoequos
Afraid is we don't use him , he'll burn us ..

8. C- Gunmetal
Not sure he'll be anywhere close at this distance. But Why not use on at least one ticket if we're already everyone else ?
