Yucatan has the top pitcher in the Mexican League on the bump tonight. Cesar Valdez has been lights out, in particularly vs Campeche...in his last start he dominated the Piratas over 8 innings surrendering 4 hits and 1 run...Valdez is 12-1 with a 2.32 on the season, far and away the best in the league...Tijuana has the pitching advantage, they are the far superior team, and are playing much better than their opponent....RYU has given up 2 runs or less in 18 of his 19 starts this season, that is freaking stupid. Has given up 1 run or less in 12 or his 19 starts. His one outing that went over 2 was @ Colorado. Washington current roster is hitting .140 off him over the course of their careers...gl tonight guys
