had a quick question, figured you will know more ... how do you read these lines? would the FC Barcelona spread -2.5 and -3 indicated they must cover the -2.5 but if they won 3-0 is would result in a push? But winning 4-1 would be a winner? I guess I'm wondering if the second number is the required number of goals the team would have to cover before the spread would be considered a winner?
How would this work on the totals?

had a quick question, figured you will know more ... how do you read these lines? would the FC Barcelona spread -2.5 and -3 indicated they must cover the -2.5 but if they won 3-0 is would result in a push? But winning 4-1 would be a winner? I guess I'm wondering if the second number is the required number of goals the team would have to cover before the spread would be considered a winner?
How would this work on the totals?

Not sure if bum will get back to you in time, but when you see a line like 2½,3 in soccer, it means you're splitting your bet in two (half on 2½, half on 3).
In the example above, if Barcelona win 3-0, you win on the 2½ (the same as a point spread), but push on the 3. If they win 4-0, you win the entire bet.
