*Well, seeing as how I've already had two unders that were scoreless after the 60' mark and then proceeded to blow up in my face (WSW and Hearts), this one probably goes over after 20 minutes. Having said that, Huachipato were 4-13 O/U during the Apertura, could barely score (9 goals in 17 games) and are 1-8 O/U their last nine trips to Santiago (Wanderers only managed to score six goals at home themselves during the first phase), so if this one manages to go over, well then, fuck me... As for Queretaro, they're 1-10-4 all time against Monarcas, and lost 4 of their last 5 on the road to close out the first half, so again...

You got me looking at this game.Season ends in Dec and starts up again a month later ?
Ive had a little O2.5,only small cause looks to be 1st game of the season ?,Im not sure I understand how their leagues set-up

Near as I can figure, most South American leagues (with the notable exception of Brazil) have two shortened seasons (Apertura/Clausura, Inicial/Final, etc...) as opposed to one long season like the rest of the world. At the completion of the phase, there's usually a playoff round for the top four teams, with the eventual winner being crowned champion of that phase (similar to the Championship with teams 3-6, but without having 1 and 2 automatically advancing). To put it in EPL terms, if the season were to end now, Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool would be the playoff teams for the first phase, with Arsenal taking on Liverpool in a two legged tie, and Manchester City against Chelsea in the other, etc...

I guess it's to give more teams a chance at winning a title, and to break up the monotony of a 38-40 game schedule (what do teams entrenched in the middle of the table really have to play for otherwise?)
