Cleveland -6.5 (5 units)
Tampa sucks (1-6). They suck on the road (1-2). They suck ATS (2-5). And they suck getting less then one TD (0-2)
Cleveland doesn't suck (4-3). They don't suck at home (3-1). They don't suck ATS (4-1). And they don't suck giving less then one TD (2-1-1)
Browns have played some impressive games in Cleveland this season. They're giving up 11.5 in their last two home contests which includes crushing the Steelers and held Bell and Brown to no TDs and no plays over 23 yards. Hoyer didn't throw any interceptions in those contests and they forced one or more in both. They had one total turnover in their last two home games. Browns haven't played a bad home game this season and the Bucs are just looking TERRIBLE. In their last three road games they're giving up an average of 39 ppg. It's impossible to recover from some of those tough losses they had earlier this season and the Browns are the only ones with something to play for. I'll bite on the 6.5. i don't mind if it's a trap. Bucs are losing the turnover battle recently and haven't been putting up any points on the scoreboard.
