Injuries and Issues for Sunday 12/16

Pretty much a regular
In case anyone has missed it...and judging by the lines they keep getting, everyone's missed it......

since the Blazers announced they'd have Roy playing some point, Portland has been on a six game win streak.

12/03/2007 at Memphis W 106 - 105 W (8½)
12/06/2007 vs Miami W 112 - 106
12/09/2007 vs Milwaukee W 117 - 113 W (-3½)
12/11/2007 at Utah W 97 - 89 W (13½)
12/12/2007 vs Golden State W 105 - 95
12/14/2007 vs Utah W 99 - 91 W (6)

beating Utah twice (home and away), beating GSW....these are pretty good wins. AT Memphis isn't a complete pushover either, and Milwaukee gave em quite a fight.

it's been a good run. While I think it likely ends today, I think it's probably worth a shot on Portland on the ML. Denver hasn't been playing but so much defense recently, and the lines for Portland have been FULL of happy value.

...for what it's worth.

Tracy McGrady had a knee injury in the 1Q of the Mavs game yesterday. He returned in the 2H. This has happened repeatedly, and if the rockets keep leaning on him, he will break down under the weight of that team. He has every year.

Shane Battier took a Dirk Nowitzki elbow to the head yesterday. He took 4 stitches in the locker room and returned to action.
