Also scheduled to pitch is closer Ryan Dempster, who was sidelined for a few days because of spasms in his shoulders.

The Rockies have not named a started for the game tomorrow

They probably don't care about the game, while the Cubs might seeing as it's the last time they travel to Tucson

Right-handers Russ Ortiz of the Giants and Robinson Tejeda of the Rangers are the probable starting pitchers.

DODGERS VS. CARDINALS

Mike Pelfrey gets the nod for the Mets

I watched him pitch last week (he took over for Maine in the 5th) and pitched SUPERB...I'll probably be on the Mets

Also, from the Mets page

Interesting Marlins bet...I didn't really think of the whole "fade Nats on the road" angle

Wish I had looked into the games a bit more before bed, but I honestly think I can go 4-2 or 5-1 today, more towards the end of Spring Training is a bit easier

Good luck on your Marlins bet though, I see it's tied through 2

Captain,

Where are you following the Clev-TB game? I'm following action on MLB and they are behind and still showing 1-0 Tampa.

Agree, going to need a serious comeback but hopefully with TB bringing out a relief pitcher every inning, it only takes 1 bad pitcher to get back in this game.

Cle is done. The two biggest sucker plays were Det and then Cle. I was trying so hard to not play Cle but I have no discipline at this point. Fla down 1-0. The Tigers pitchers after Verlander were pretty bad....so bad it shouldnt have warranted road chalk vs Pitts normal lineup.....

Rockies/Cubs is on MLB.com. cubs have bases loaded and they call a pitch at a guy's shin for a strike. One of the worst strike calls I've ever seen.

^^^ I was watching that.

I was on the Cubs and was so pissed...

But seriously, the dude that grounded into the double play, how fucking slow was he?

I can't believe the Cubs lost

Also, the final strike that was called with the full count and man on first in 9th was complete bullshit

You know they just wanted to get the game over

LOL, I went 5-2 and lost money (I ended up playing Yanks, unposted in chase mode)

I had so much on Cleveland and the Cubs its not even funny

And whats worse is last night I planned on doing Tampa, Oakland and Boston ML parlay 124 to win 700 (which is a shitload for me, a unit is normally 55 to win 50)...and of course I didn't, and went with Cleveland big

Yep, that pitch was 6 inches outside to Pie. that guy who hit into the DP in the 8th must be the slowest guy in the world.
