Indy 500

captjohn67

Pretty much a regular
Munoz +2800 (.10) this was the first one that jumped of the page. Will update record and give some thoughts when I get some time. Today is the day we get to see if Chevy has been sandbagging or not once they add boost.

Marco +1200 (.10) ....just turned a 230.887 nts lap which confirmed his work so far to me. That's not going to hold or be the pole, but he'll be just fine and he's not the usual +650.

If u like Power, go ahead and grab him now, u won't be getting better than the +1000, guaranteed. Pass for me.

Nice to see Honda be as competitive as they are. No matchups until late Sunday or maybe even Monday it appears. I'm not going thru my unusual spill of driver performances as I typically do. For the year, 11-9 (+4.095). See you when they have matchups and enjoy qualifying. As always, I hope they keep it clean.

They just posted Monaco, so I'd like to think we'd have something up shortly. Nico Rosberg has won 7 of the past 8 races ( he and Hamilton wrecked each other in the one, not assigning blame) and he's won three in a row at Monaco. Mark me down for the +170.

GL Capt, lookin forward to Sunday...always the real beginning of Summer in my book

KJ, one of my favorite holiday weekends for sure. Wiseguy, surprised they made Nico 2nd choice. Conor Daly shouldn't be favored -145 over anyone, but I can't hit submit. Thank you both and cheers

When you're changing out your sidearms during carb day, you're in a bad spot. Unit on RHR -120 Marco and unit on Munoz +115 Marco. Everybody is raving about Pippas speed this month and blah blah blah, she'll ring the wall again, mark me down for Chaves -145. That'll do it unless we see some props. Would love to see them throw a number on Chevy vs Honda. Hope they keep it clean (they won't) and GLTA

Played these early this morning, Bell +2800 (.03), Servia +5500 (.02) and Rossi +10000 (.01). The Bell number is insulting as hell, Servia has a punchers chance, and Rossi has had speed all month but will find the wall.

Cap, any thoughts on Rahal?
i took him in a H2H vs Carpenter.

Rahal was extremely happy with his car after carb day. Ed supposedly found the issue with his car (has underperformed the whole month) but I'm not sure I'm a believer. And for Ed to be the oval specialist that he is, he typically shits the bed here. So yes I like it. I just have enough plays as it is. Best of luck Pro, should be a good one

capt, who out of the favs do you like today? I haven't followed much heading into today...tailed you on the matchups already.

I honestly love Munoz (and all Andretti cars have been great), except Marco keeps taking steps back. Montoyas record on 500 milers is just incredible. I just typically don't like the short numbers, it's just not the way I do it. But, I guess Montoya would be my man. GL today

Tagliani -160 vs Hawksworth

Hopefully tagliani stays off of the wall- he should cruise past Hawksworth....

Montoya, Munoz and Helio in match ups
Tailed your other match ups...
Montoya to win....
Hopefully a fun and profitable day

DSN (handshake) forgot to mention the play along game you can do for this race. Anytime the moron Scott Goodyear says weight jackers I'm taking a shot of bourbon. I don't advise you do this tho. Here we go.

GL on all your shit today, pulling for Helio and liked the matchup over Dixon but didn't play it. Enjoy the day :beer4:

Just poppin in to say GL capt

I do not understand this sport, but from the views I saw today, looks like a cool party and something I would like to see live one day

You ever been? Any cool stories? Seems to have a ton of tradition.....I like anything that has tradition

He was never in it-
Today just wasn't his day....
But wouldn't have figured him to be the first one to spin

thanks Capt, hit Rossi at 80-1 odds....nice job buddy

thats what I like to hear right there. Funny thing is with about 50 or so to I looked over at DSN and told him if things didn't change I could lose everything I had on the board. Sober man wonders what would have shaken if Munoz and Newgarden would have rolled the fuel dice as well. What if hildebrand hadn't clipped helio. Things shake the way they shake but.....Twinkie , I pull barber but never been to a 500. Was supposed to this year, but caught a few curveballs that took that off the table. Come to b'ham next year and we'll do it right. KJ ( cold mugs) Rossi now walks with kings, and good for him.
