I was in a company tournament(I was an invited vendor). We were the first cart out. As we passed all the other carts I proclaimed, "I'm gonna drag my feet on the greens". This was when spikes were still the norm.
There was a telecom that was ahead of us having their company tourny.
I get to the first green and it looks like someone had never worn spikes.
The rest of the group had a good laugh. No one said anything, but man ......
