not as a city or community or surly not a place i ever wanna live or even visit,but today in the game...i hate the nfl first off...but am a degenerate sports guy so still follow it close...11 points at home on turkey day looks very tempting..i think they can pull a su win..tenn offense is terrible and det has showed they can score..their problem is def but tenn has no offense to counter..think im gonna take a small shot at ML and a unit or two on det..gl and be safe everyone

Terrible is what Det's defense is, Tenny was looking to get back to the running game this week instead of relying on passing of Collins. Pretty simple when you look at it 32nd rushing defense going against one of the top rushing offenses in the league.

C'mon. No one would ever say this if the same exact 10-1 team were called 'Steelers', 'Cowboys', '49ers', 'Bears' or some other trendy historical org. One bad game against a hot team that had 10 days to prepare for the game.

However I don't totally disagree with you. The Titans defense was on the field 40 mins last week, are quite banged up and now they have to play on Thursday. Titans will win but I can see this being close.

As a big fan of fading the public, I really wanted to go with Detroit.

This team blew a 17-0 lead last week en route to a blowout, I don't think they get that opportunity today.

I will say if there is one game that blows up everybody's card, this will be the one.

BTW, Jimbo - you better re-think your thoughts re: titans showing their true colors. Pretty dumb statement IMO. 10 and 1, losing to a hot Jets team who exectued a great gameplan, and the titans showed their "true colors?"

Does this mean if they blow out a shitty Lions team today they are back to being a great team? NO - things don't change that fast week to week in the NFL (minus the Brady injury) Thoughts like yours are what make the bookies very happy.

agree with that statement..i just simply do not think tenn is as good as they are made out to be..and i really believe a team is as good as their record,no matter what...your 100% right..10-1 is great accomplishment. but what i kinda meant by that is they folded under pressure...the media has bought into the undefeated thing and then they got whooped..maybe it was just catching GB at the worng time but wouldnt be surprised at all if they pulled a Atlanta Hawks bit and lost a few more games and go out early in playoffs..at the same time they kinda remind me of the ravens who won it all, great d..can run the ball well and a bad QB who found a way to win...but with all that being said..laying DD on the road,on a holiday away from family,coming off your first loss,expected to blowout a team who is playing their superbowl is a bad spot IMO..tenn can beat them by 50 if they play up to their potential but i gotta questioned their motivation in this one..guess we will see..GL
