How do the elite teams respond after a loss?

Looked at the top 10 teams in points as of today:

I don't know if this tells us anything other than the Jets respond well after dropping a game

Washington (37 pts)
-3 game losing streak early in the season
-current 2 game losing streak
-of the 9 loses they have rebounded with a win 5 times
-no real trend after losing a game or two

Boston (35)
-lost 4 out of 5 this month during a stretch
-nothing stands out

Edmonton (35)
-very inconsistent
-rotates win/losses

Islanders (34)
-only 5 losses on the year
-have responded with a win in 3 of them
-lost last game

Blues (33)
-had a 4 game losing streak and 3 game losing streak

Carolina (31)
-had a 3 game losing streak and 4 game losing streak

Arizona (31)
-had a 3 game losing streak
-have won the game following a loss every time this year except during the 3 game losing streak and 2nd game of the year

Dallas (30)
-have only lost 2 games since 10/19 (13-2)
-WOW

Winnipeg (29)
-has responded with a win following a loss in every game except the 3 game losing streak in Oct.
-10 losses on the year and have gotten a win the game following 8 times

Florida (29)
-they are all over the place
-no trends because of their style of play
