The New Orleans Saints -3? Normal camp maybe not. This is a classic example of a team with continuity like the Saints vs a team with a new QB who WAS great but is not the same. Bucs have a rookie LT too. I might be wrong but I have to believe the Bucs offense is going to take a game or 2.

Bucs are like the Browns. They think titles are won in April. Its possible Jeff Fisher is not only doing commercials but consulting these 2 losing organizations.
