Wow, just wow. We see a lot of flooding in this state but never anything like this.

U of H football team relocated to Austin 2 days ago and is using UT's facilities. The city of Houston will be under water for a few days and I doubt U of H will even go home. Has to be causing all sorts of upheaval with their prep for this weekend's game.

While LSU's athletic director has said he expects the LSU-BYU game Saturday at NRG Stadium to be moved to another site, the Texans' Lone Star Sports & Entertainment group said Monday that a final announcement on game plans remains pending.

A spokesman for LSU athletic director Joe Alleva told the Baton Rouge (La.) Daily Advocate on Sunday that the game "almost certainly" will be moved to another site. One potential site, the newspaper said, is the New Orleans Superdome, which, like NRG Stadium, is managed by SMG.


A spokeswoman for Lone Star Sports & Entertainment, which manages the annual preseason game owned by ESPN Events, said the group had nothing to announce Monday but hoped to have an update soon.
