Murder? That's a harsh judgement. Reckless would fit the script here. As far as what was on that young man's mind to call it "on purpose" is well beyond that clip of what happened. Is being reckless a crime when someone dies because of it? It's tragic all the same.

Funny story, when my son was much younger, he would hear me talking about working in "Software". He misunderstood what that meant back then, and thought I was a fabric softener salesman. LOL.
