The ACC is a terrible conference to bet on. For those of you who think MAC, think again.
There was not one game Saturday where the winner wasn't expected or the margin of victory was abit shocking.
And most of you bet on Miami Thursday night, I suspect.

Tennesse and Ole Miss made statements on Saturday. I haven't seen Missouri yet. Will Alabama-Missouri be agood agme??

Hazell has Purdue fighting even tho the talent is not there on the offensive side of the ball, and they are overmatched almost every week.

. . . and should be. I think that FSU is the team that has the best shot of knocking off Alabama in the title game. With Alabama's coaching staff having 40 days or so to prepare for Oregon, I think the Ducks' chance of beating Alabama in the national title game is minimal.

agree with the first...but agree, then completely disagree, with the second.
ucla did tire late (defensively), and they struggled (offensively)...but that was one drop from being 17 all, and a completely different finish.
might've been too high on ucla...but after these last 3 games, definitely too high on stanford. washington played them very tight, utah obviously upset them, then ucla played them very tight.
in other words, oregon is gonna get their revenge...big time...on 11/7.

and i gotta say it...definitely disappointed by both price and hogan lately. neither qb has been playing remotely as well as they should be.
 
10 undefeated teams left. BCS standings out. will be interesting to see how it all shakes out in the 2nd half. but if the main culprits remain undefeated, i don't see how it's anyone other than Bama/FSU/Oregon truly in the mix.
 
The refs need to stop calling the Stupid "Targeting" penalities and let the kids play.

The rule is an abomination in the enforcement department. Too subjective. The call on Drew in the UGA game was atrocious and the ref, especially the review ref, should be suspended

I havent' seen that one yet...I can't imagine its worse than the one on Bradley Roby.
 
One angle I like to use during the season is to bet against teams the week after a huge win. So taking a hard look at fading FSU, Auburn, Vandy, Tennessee, and Ole Miss. Along the same line of thinking, I like to bet against teams that just had their season crushed, so Clemson, UCLA, Louisville, and to a lesser extent aTm and LSU, fall into that category. Not saying I'll bet all these, or any of them, but I think in the college game in particular, an emotional win or loss can carry over the next week fairly easily, whether it's a winner patting themselves on the back and getting standing ovations in class, or teams that had high hopes the spend all week thinking about what could have been.
 
London should go but they might let the season finish so they'll view all their options rather than putting the corpse that is Tom O'Brien in charge for the rest of the year. Total abortion of a season.
 
I learned FSU is fucking scary. You're not supposed to beat the #3 team in the land at their place like that, with a RsFr QB. No you're not supposed to drop 50burgers on nat title contending tms. That's the type of shit you do to teams on Louisville's schedule not the Clemson Tigers. That's the kinda Asswhipping I'd expect FSU to give someone like UNC. I'm really just floored. I'm a fan and don't think I truly understand the animal I'm dealing with here. Now of course even if FSU wins out there won't be any Natty game unless Orehon or Bama lose :(. And then there's the whole having to actually not fall for the banana in the tailpipe again & beat the rest of the slate, but dayum.......

that was the type of performance that shouts put us in the big game.
 
^ Yup and to add to the that...it seems trivial but watching FSU before the game and come out the tunnel, they, for the first time since maybe the Weinke/Warrick days had that old school swagger they used to have. Something def different bout that squad
