giants to win the NFC East futures odds...

just an intriguing bet considering past history and the way they strung these three wins together out of absolutely nowhere...

divisional record aint gonna make it easy, but i don't believe in the cowboys to close it out...philly's got a rookie at the helm and a shaky secondary. Gmen have a legitimate shot
 
andre brown coming back is a huge lift, too. peyton hillis is a really, really, really poor man's trent richardson, ypc nightmare.

if nicks and/or cruz can finally get it going YAC-wise again, and esp nicks as a big target in the red zone, they can win it. defense is playing better, but i still dont trust the back end of their secondary (always been a weakness for them, giving up the big play, which the other NFC east teams thrive off).

cruz has one TD since week 1 (5-game scoring drought) and Nicks, well, us fantasy owners know all about him, smh. targets are there, just not production. but maybe the re-emergence of the running game will help keep defenses honest and free up cruz in the slot.

But you cannot trust the mindset of that team nor it's QB. They have by far the most talent, but they always choke.
 
the giants still suck

eli is in a major funk and i don't know if he'll be able to get out of it

the cowboys game is huge next week
 
If you think 8-8 wins the division then go for it because that's the best NYG will do (5-2) from here on out in my opinion. GL
 
And if you think the Giants go 8-8 they'll have to win it with tie breakers. I don't see the Giants winning the division.
 
i didnt realize the non divisional games were that damn hard down the stretch for the gmen...

at least they play the seahawks at home...

I see a completely different Giants team this week. Their defense was fired up... I can see them running the table against the Skins...I expect them to beat Dallas @ home... The Seahawks are much less formidable on the road...@ Det could pose problems, @ SD could too...

But 9-7 probably wins the division and I think the Giants have a legitimate shot at that...

it's certainly worth a flier...It really hurt that Philly won today b/c they dont play them anymore this season but w/e...

we'll see what happens..

I'm a JETS fan btw, just think it's a horse race in the NFC East again and liking it
