The MLB play for Monday is on Tampa Bay at 7:10 eastern. The Rays are a small home dog here and catch Oakland in a flat spot after their Sunday loss snapped a 13 game win streak. Road favorites like the A/S off a 5+ run road favored loss where they had 4 or less hit are winless dating to 2004 vs a team like Tampa off a home loss and scored 4 or less runs. Very short sample on this system, however teams off a loss with a long wining streak prior often bounce off the loss. Tampa has won 4 of 5 in game 1 of a series and 11 of 16 as a home dog and has won 13 of 13 at home off a home loss. Manea has lost his last 2 vs Tampa. We will back R. Hill and Tampa Bay tonight. GC
