Pretty much a regular
Green Bay @ Vegas.
Looks like two teams that need a win.
Problem is that the Raiders won one-time, because they played Denver. In that game, it was the only time they didnt have more than one turnover. In their 3 losses - they had 3 turnovers in each game.
Green Bay was a bit better but they did have 2 to's vs Detroit and lately no one beats Detroit, but they played a tough game.
The Packers rely solely on the passing game. They have NOT broken 100 yards rushing in any game this year!
They have payed mostly tougher defenses, but still have a poor run game.
Raiders avg only 3.0 yds per rush - while GB is 3.3.
Both teams lack a run game so it comes down to who is the better QB tonight?
Love has shown little. but still managed 2 wins.
Garapollo has not benn good this year and he was picked for 3 ints vs Pirttsburgh. The Raiders last game was against Chargers, but with a backup QB O'Connell, who threw one int.
LV played 3 of its first 4 games away. But in the one home game they were beat by Pitt who was not playing well .
The other glaring issue with the Raiders is that they have NOT scored over 18 points in any game. The win was a 17-16 win over the broken Bears.
So what is it? Is the public betting against the Packers - or on the worst favorite of the year with one of the lowest scoring teams in the NFL??
The Packers are at least averaging 25 pts per game - so if they hit that number tonight - then the Raiders need 28 to cover?
The Packers did average 19 pts per game against 3 winning record teams, who are ranked 9th, 9th and 12th on defense.. They put up 38 on a loser. They're playing another loser tionight...
