LD, you've been incredible during the spring, I can't even remember you having a losing day. I'm wondering if you find the spring easier than the regular season, or do you usually have the same level of success at both?

I know you can get star pitchers usually cheaper in the spring, but they also get pulled earlier and you have to deal with scrub players in the later innings, where anything can happen.

Spring is much easier. People call it a crapshoot but in my 1st 2 years of ST I have put together a 265-194 record and +88.02 units at 1-2 units a play. There's something about ST where I am able to find winners much better than the regular season. I can already tell you that I wont have this success in the regular season.

SO LONG, FLORIDA
The Orioles picked a poor way to finish their Grapefruit League schedule, losing after leading 8-0 in the fourth inning in Port St. Lucie, Fla., to finish with a 12-20 record. The Mets completed the comeback with tworuns in the ninth.

EVERYBODY HITS
An Orioles lineup that included only two regulars ( Gregg Zaun and Luke Scott) had eightruns and 13 hits. Jolbert Cabrera went 4-for-4 with an RBI

This is a good thing i guess...we shoold expect the best lineup from baltimore.

Koji Uehara is a right-handed pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles in Major League Baseball. Uehara became the first Japanese-born player in Orioles history when he agreed to a two-year contract with the team in January 2009.

Uehara spent 10 seasons with the Japanese Central League's Yomiuri Giants in Nippon Professional Baseball, going 112-62 with a 3.01 ERA. He collected 1,376 strikeouts and walked only 206 hitters in 276 career games for the Giants, a 6.68 strikeouts-to-walks ratio. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound pitcher won the Sawamura Award, the Japanese version of the Cy Young Award, in 1999 and 2002.

Uehara was 2-0 with a 1.59 ERA for Japan in the 2006 World Baseball Classic. He also represented Japan in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics, posting a save in two perfect innings as a closer in 2008 and going 1-0 with a 2.08 ERA to help Japan win the Bronze medal in 2004.
