well hell. the VGK activated Max Pacioretty from IR so they had to send Brandon Pirri back down to AHL Chicago Wolves. TOUGH on for "The Squirrel" who had 6 goals and 3 assist his 7 games with the VGK BUT they send anyone else back down they would have been subject to waivers. at least his "to score a goal" YES @ William-Hill is a refund tonight :mad:
 
2-0 Penguins end of 1st period gets me a "fiddle in the middle" on their -1 1/2 +200 puckline with a Jets +1 1/2 +168. SOG's 10-7 Penguins in the period. Hellebuyck vs Murray in goal. top D-man Dustin Byfuglien OUT for Jets :)

AND Michael Ferland on a power play opens the scoring in Raleigh @ 5:16 of 1st. 1-0 Hurricanes :)

well with the "fiddle in the middle" I am a WINNER no matter WHAT happens in Pittsburgh BUT make a little more with the Penguins. problem IS my Penguins have a BAD habit of BLOWING early game 2-0 leads in the past. one reason I "fiddled" it

have NOT bet Vito's Rangers yet. they are current +175 an hour before game time. I am a fan of Alex Georgiev BUT he has been rather "loose" 3 of his last 4 starts going 1-3 with with 4, 1, 5 & 4 GA games. other side of the argument is Grubauer LOST his last 4 and 7 of last 8 games played and the Avalanche overall have LOST their last 6 and have scored 2 goals or less in 6 of their last 8

STILL 2-0 Penguins half way thru the 2nd in Pittsburgh :)
 
AND 3-0 Penguins end of the 2nd with game 25-18 Penguins who HIT the POST at least half a dozen times in the period :confused:

AND 1-0 Stars @ Dallas vs the Capitals end of 1st with SOG's 14-5 Stars in the period. do NOT know WHAT is going on with the Caps BUT 2nd game in a ROW were they look like SHIT!!! :mad:

Nico Hischier opens the scoring @ 1:05 of 1st in Phoenix 1-0 Devils AND the Capitals FINALLY get on the board in Dallas Lars Eller half way thru the 2nd TIED 1-1
 
Ah SHIT!!! TWO power play GOALS for the Avalanche after the Rangers Cody McLeod took a 5 minute major for boarding 2-0 Avalanche. Georgiev getting peppered with SOG's 10-0 Avalanche half way thru the 1st period :mad:
 
well the Rangers LUCKY to only be DOWN 0-2 end of 1st in Colorado. buggers can NOT stay OUT of the penalty box!!! SOG's 16-3 Avalanche in the period. I fear it is gonna be a Yogi Bear "well FUCK Mr Ranger, Boo Boo" game tonight :mad:
 
WOW!!! Red Wings come back to take the LEAD 3-2 over Predators in Detroit with 8 minutes to GO in the game. rookies Andreas Athanasiou (tonights 2nd goal to tie) AND Tyler Bertuzzi (3rd goal to take the lead) REALLY playing well this season for Detroit :)
 
AND 4-3 Hurricanes final over Bluejackets. Curtis McElhinney with 22 saves for Carolina HELPS the Penguins. NEED the Stars to beat the Capitals in regulation :)
 
AND 1-0 VGK end of 1st with SOG's 15-6 VGK in the period. ONLY thing keeping the Dirty Ducks in the game is (once again) "Johnny Goalie" Gibson :rolleyes:

OOPS!!! while I was typing the VGK get TWO goals 30 seconds apart to make it 3-2 VGK with 7 minutes to GO in the 2nd. Nosek then Pacioretty :)

THEN Darcy Kuemper "blows up" in the shootout. Devils with two in a row to WIN the game 3-2. HELPS my VGK though :)
 
AND 3-2 VGK final. Gibson almost stole the thing with 39 saves for the Ducks. I have the feeling this Anaheim crew would be in as bad a shape as their LA Kings neighbors IF they did NOT have "Johnny Goalie" Gibson

VGK currently TIED for 1st in the Pacific Division and Western Conference with fab14's Flames @ 54 points BUT the Flames with two games in hand AND get to play the horrid "Fruit Fly's" in Philly Saturday
